1. OBJECT
The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) is to define the terms of sale between the MangaKif merchant and the buyer. They govern the contractual relationships between the merchant and the buyer and take precedence over any other document. Any order placed implies the buyer's unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs, unless expressly agreed to in writing. All orders placed are final and cannot be canceled in whole or in part without the written consent of the Merchant.
2. PRODUCTS AND PRICES
The products offered for sale by MangaKif are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. Prices are displayed in euros, inclusive of all taxes (TTC) and exclusive of shipping costs. Delivery fees are indicated before the order is validated and are the responsibility of the buyer. The Merchant reserves the right to change its prices at any time, without notice, but products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is validated.
3. ORDER
The buyer can place their order online or through any other means provided by the MangaKif Merchant. The order will only be considered valid after payment validation and order confirmation by MangaKif. MangaKif reserves the right to refuse any order from a customer with whom there is an existing dispute relating to the payment of a previous order.
4. PAYMENT
Payment for the order is made in euros by credit card, bank transfer, or any other payment method offered by MangaKif. Payment is due in full at the time of ordering. The buyer guarantees the Merchant that they have any necessary authorizations to use the chosen payment method.
5. DELIVERY
Delivery is made to the address provided by the buyer during the order process. Delivery times are given as an indication and are not guaranteed. In case of delivery delay, the buyer cannot cancel the order, refuse the merchandise, or claim damages. If there is a delivery error or damaged product, the buyer must promptly inform MangaKif so that appropriate measures can be taken to correct the situation.
6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Professional buyers have a period of 7 working days from the receipt of their order to return products that do not meet their expectations. Individual buyers have a period of 14 days from the receipt of their order to return products that do not meet their expectations. Products must be returned in their original packaging (unopened) and in perfect condition, accompanied by the return form provided by MangaKif.
Please note that all return costs are your responsibility. After receipt and verification of the returned products, MangaKif commits to fully refunding you as soon as possible, and at the latest within 30 days.
To initiate a return or withdrawal process, go to your customer area on the MangaKif platform under your order. It is imperative to contact MangaKif and receive confirmation and specific instructions for the return before sending back any item. No returns will be accepted without this prior process.
7. LIABILITY AND WARRANTIES
All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects in accordance with applicable laws.
MangaKif is committed to complying with laws and regulations in force in France.
8. TRANSPORT
The goods travel at the risk and peril of the recipient, without prejudice to the retention of title clause. Regardless of the recipient (and the terms of the sale), delivery is deemed "completed" as soon as the packages are taken over by the carrier. They travel under its responsibility even when sent freight-free, it is up to the Customer to give or not give approval to the carrier by signing the delivery receipt with or without specific reservations. The Customer must check the conformity of the delivered or collected goods before signing any delivery document. In case of the detection of an anomaly, the Customer will indicate their reservations directly on the delivery document, followed by their signature. In the case of a serious anomaly (torn, opened, missing, damaged packages...), the Customer will refuse the package and specify on the delivery document the reasons for the refusal. This verification is considered to have been carried out as soon as the Customer, or a person authorized to receive the package on their behalf, has signed the delivery document.
9. MODIFICATION OF THE T&Cs
MangaKif reserves the right to update its T&Cs at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the date of the last modification. We recommend that you check regularly to be informed of changes made to our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
